Plus, the feel and appearance of your augmented breasts are more natural since the size increase comes from your own tissue. Fat transfer augmentation can’t change the shape of your breasts, though. For that, you need implants.”
You may need to replace your breast implants eventually, and you require regular follow-up visits and imaging to make sure they aren’t leaking. Implants sometimes lead to capsular contracture because of the internal scars that form around the implants. Insurance only covers a revision if the implants were medically necessary in the first place.
Fat transfer breast augmentation, on the other hand, provides fairly permanent results. Although some of the injected fat gets reabsorbed by your body, you can expect about 70 percent of it to remain.
